As an Apple-Certified Logic Pro instructor, Jerome has a passion for guiding students toward successful careers in the music industry—whether as artists, musicians, A&R professionals, managers, or wherever their dreams may lead. Many of Jerome’s students have gone on to secure major label deals, publishing contracts, and develop their unique sound, all while building valuable connections in the industry.

Em has worked with top-tier artists and creatives such as Aloe Blacc, Mozella (known for her work with One Direction and Madonna), Sacha Skarbek (Adele), Just Blaze (Jay-Z, Eminem), Lucian, and inverness (Chainsmokers), to name just a few. His contributions include writing and vocal production on Teeks’ double-platinum album Something to Feel, a project that earned widespread acclaim and had a track featured in a show on CBS/OWN network. Em’s work has also been spotlighted in Vogue, and he has contributed to numerous chart-topping songs that have appeared on Spotify’s official global playlists.

Em’s career has taken him to renowned recording studios across the globe in cities like London, Los Angeles, Melbourne, and New Zealand, where he has gained extensive experience in areas like A&R, songwriting, production, distribution, marketing, and even music law. Having worked in such diverse environments, Em believes in the power of collaboration and is dedicated to bringing out the best in every artist he works with.
